We are a large manufacturer of heavy duty engine crankshafts in China. We carry crankshafts for many makes such as Caterpillar, Perkins, Deutz, Navistar, Ford, Doosan, Isuzu, Komatsu, Kamaz, Mitsubishi and many others.
Our crankshafts are manufactured using state of the art production and quality control systems. These systems are monitored throughout both manufacturing processes, forging and machining. They are certified by the International Standard ISO 9001.
We have control over all raw materials by means of an ARL spectrometer and complete mechanical testing equipment to insure hardness, fatique, strength, i***ct, etc. All crankshafts are forged from the highest standard industry accepted steel as specified by the OEM and all are heat treated.
